These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. If any provision or provisions of this agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or be impaired thereby. You agree that any dispute between you and Chesapeake Employers arising from your use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction in Maryland. The section headings are for convenience only and do not have any force or effect.
