Fall 2017 - Steps to Filing a Claim



1. Injured worker promptly reports the injury
    to his/her supervisor.
2. Supervisor reports the First Report of
    Injury (FROI).
3. An IWIF Claims Adjuster is assigned.
4. The Claims Adjuster makes contact with
    the Injured Worker.
5. Injured Worker responds back to the
    Claims Adjuster.
