Policyholders will be informed of the specific date and time in spring 2024. At the annual meeting, Chesapeake’s management will present on the Company’s business and financial results. In 2024, the Governor of the State of Maryland will appoint two directors and the policyholders will not vote on the election of directors. The next policyholder election will take place in 2025.
